The right fit comes first
An upgrade, carefully planned.
A WASHLET is designed for a compatible TOTO toilet. It is not a universal seat attachment for every existing wall-hung pan. Your upgrade may include replacing the pan with a matching TOTO ceramic while retaining suitable parts of the existing installation.
1. Tell us about your bathroom
Start with your postcode, the WC make or model if known, and what you would like to improve. We can then arrange to review photographs, dimensions and access.
2. Check the installation
We check the pan, concealed frame and cistern, fixing positions, water connection, electrical provision and access. Any auto-flush option needs its own compatibility check.
3. Agree a clear quotation
We set out the selected WASHLET and ceramic, supply, installation and any necessary plumbing, electrical or making-good work before you decide.
Where the existing setup is suitable, the work can be focused on the WC rather than replacing the whole bathroom. The amount of disruption depends on the services and access available; we confirm this after assessment.

Can I keep my existing wall-hung toilet?
Only if it is a compatible TOTO ceramic for the selected WASHLET. Otherwise we assess a replacement pan and whether the existing frame and cistern can be retained.
Do I need water and electricity?
Yes. The installation needs suitable water and electrical connections in the correct positions. We assess how these can be provided in your bathroom.
Do you install in Rugby and Weybridge?
