My cacao smoothie and plant-based soups in my MioMat have started so many conversations with clients. The equipment we use and the things we make are part of the story of a kitchen, too.

I use my MioMat for plant-based soups and for almond milk, made with almonds and filtered water from our Quooker tap. The chilled milk is the starting point for my cacao smoothie.
