Keep the bathroom. Explore the upgrade.
A complete renovation may not be necessary. We can assess your existing wall-hung WC, explain the compatible TOTO pan and connections required, and quote for a WASHLET supply-and-installation upgrade.

A spa room you can experience.
Our spa room brings TOTO into a complete, working setting. You can experience the Flotation Tub for yourself by arrangement, with time to discover the bathing experience and discuss how it could become part of your own home.
Alongside the bath, our studio displays include a NEOREST shower toilet in matt white, a WASHLET RW in matt black and a standard WASHLET RW. We also showcase a NEOREST basin and a newer NEOREST sit-on (vessel) basin.
Book a personal studio visit and let us know you would like to experience the bath, so we can prepare the spa room for you.

The project that started it.
Our TOTO journey began in 2016 with a client in Mayfair who wanted TOTO at the heart of their bathrooms. Working with SOL Services, we created four en-suites and a guest restroom, with NEOREST shower toilets in all five spaces. The specification also included NEOREST basins, introducing us to the breadth of the collection.
I fell in love with TOTO’s Japanese heritage and the care behind its products. Cleanliness, comfort and the way a bathroom feels are considered together. There is so much thought in the details, including the parts you do not immediately see.
Over the years, I have thoroughly enjoyed working with TOTO and building a close relationship with the team behind it. It has become one of the brands I feel proud to welcome into our family.
Japanese heritage · Everyday rituals
Wash first.
Then take time to bathe.
In traditional Japanese bathing, washing and soaking have different roles. The body is washed and rinsed before entering the bath, leaving the soak as a moment to relax. That distinction is a useful starting point for planning a bathroom around the way it will be used.
TOTO was founded in Japan in 1917 and launched WASHLET in 1980. It has helped make washing with water a familiar part of everyday bathroom life, developing its technology over decades.
For me, that philosophy is as interesting as the products themselves. I love a Japanese influence in a room: privacy, calm, purposeful details and a sense that everything has been considered.

From the first specification to the complete room.
We have now incorporated the TOTO Flotation Tub into three projects. Its sculptural form is only part of the appeal: it invites a different conversation about bathing, comfort and the time we make for ourselves.

Designed around the body.
The Flotation Tub we showcase uses TOTO’s ZERO DIMENSION design: a supported reclining position inspired by the posture the body adopts in weightlessness. HYDROHANDS water massage, an adjustable headrest with a shoulder waterfall and integrated lighting contribute to the bathing experience.
These are details best understood in person. We can help you consider the bath’s proportions, access and installation requirements alongside the rest of your room.
The thought behind the technology
Cleanliness, considered in detail.
One of the things that first fascinated me was how much TOTO does to make its toilets easier to keep clean. The technologies have different jobs, and the features depend on the model.
EWATER+
Electrolysed water is used to clean the WASHLET wand. Selected models also use it on the bowl.
TOTO’s EWATER+ guide ↗ACTILIGHT
On equipped models, such as NEOREST WX2, UV light works with a photocatalytic glaze to help break down organic soiling in the bowl.

A visit that stays with you · Clerkenwell, London
Three rooms.
Three remarkable experiences.
I have visited TOTO’s refurbished Clerkenwell showroom twice since July 2026. I came away excited both times. For me, these are among the most beautiful guest restrooms I have seen in a manufacturer’s showroom.
The showroom reopened on 20 May 2026, during Clerkenwell Design Week. MACH Architektur AG and Squire & Partners contributed to the transformation; Squire & Partners designed the three customer experience rooms, the gallery and the courtyard garden.
01 · Clay
Earthy and enveloping.
Warm tones and tactile surfaces give Clay a close, quiet atmosphere. Light draws the eye to the basin and the details around it.
02 · Timber
Warmth through wood.
Timber brings a lighter rhythm to the sequence. Wood lining, gentle light and simple forms make the small room feel composed.
03 · Stone
Texture and shadow.
Dark textured surfaces and planting create a more dramatic retreat. The materials give this room a distinctly different mood.
The rooms bring material, light, sound and fragrance together. Beyond them, the refurbishment includes Yoshino cedar, reused timber and a counter made with recycled ceramic fragments. It is full of ideas for making everyday spaces more memorable.
The Japanese courtyard
A moment to pause.
The garden draws on karesansui, Japan’s dry-landscape tradition. Stone and raked gravel suggest water through shape and texture, creating a calm interval between the showroom spaces.
It is exactly the kind of thoughtful Japanese influence I love. Visiting places like this keeps me curious and gives me fresh ideas to bring back to our own studio and clients.

The Cube.
A Japanese influence, made personal.
Our love of Japanese design also appears in the Conifer wellness suite, known as “The Cube”. This is a separate design story without TOTO products: bespoke detailing and opaque sliding screens bring privacy to the bathing space.
The screens can close to give the suite a quiet exterior, then open to reveal twin basins and a generous shower. It shows how the sequence of a room can be as considered as the products within it.
