Specification & supply

The link between
the idea and the order.

You may know how a room should look, but still need the right products, finishes and compatible components. This is where our combined experience as designers and product specialists comes into its own.

We work with your existing designer, architect or contractor to help resolve the product decisions and supply the agreed items. You can also come to us with a complete schedule for a supply-only quotation.

The specification matters

A service shaped around your project.

Already designed

Bring room plans, elevations, moodboards or a product wish list. We can develop the product selections around the agreed design direction.

Working as an interior designer

Use our product knowledge and brand relationships to support your scheme. We agree who is responsible for design decisions, technical checks and approvals.

Ready for supply only

Send the product codes, finishes, quantities, delivery location and programme. We will review the schedule and quote for the items we can supply.

Bring us your plans

From one room to a whole home

Products that belong together.

Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, interiors, interior doors and finishes. Our family of trusted brands gives us a strong starting point; your requirements guide the selection.

  1. Understand the brief

Your plans, budget range, project stage, priorities and the team already involved.

  2. Develop the specification

Discuss product options, finishes, dimensions and components; identify the information your installer or other specialists need to check.

  3. Confirm the schedule

Agree the selected products and quotation, including quantities, scope, availability, lead times and delivery arrangements.

  4. Supply to the agreed programme

Coordinate orders and delivery against the confirmed specification and agreed terms. Changes are reviewed before ordering.

Installation can be discussed separately where appropriate. A specification or supply quotation does not automatically include installation, building work or specialist design sign-off.

Budget, scope & deliverables

Make the specification work harder.

Considered alternatives.

Quality first, with every choice considered. We review materials, products and finishes against your priorities and budget, looking at performance, durability and the detail you will see and touch. Where an alternative could save money, we explain what changes so you can make an informed choice.

Our research and brand relationships help your budget work harder and save you time sourcing and comparing. You have a direct contact who understands the agreed specification and can help with the next question. Any savings depend on the products and scope.

Know what you will receive.

We agree the specification scope, fee, deposit and document-release stage in writing. Plans and design packages are released only after the agreed deposit is received.

New room design, working drawings, installation and project management are included only where specifically agreed.
