Our brand family

Origins Living.
A wonderful eye for detail.
Beautiful mirrors, thoughtful accessories and a relationship I have valued for many years. For me, the Origins Living story begins with Sofia.
A relationship built over years
Passion you remember.
Knowledge you trust.
I think Sofia and I first met around 2013. What I remember clearly is her passion: she has such an extraordinary knowledge of bathroom accessories and a wonderful eye for the details that make a product feel right.
We have had a lovely relationship over the years. I enjoy working with those who care deeply about what they do, and that comes through in Sofia’s approach and in the collection she and Frixos have built.
When we choose a brand for our studio, we are also choosing the team we will work with. Their knowledge and care become part of the service we can offer our clients. Origins Living is a very good example of why those relationships matter.
“If she doesn’t know something about the bathroom accessory industry, it’s not worth knowing.”

Sofia & Frixos
Charalambous.
Origins Living was founded by Sofia and Frixos Charalambous. Their backgrounds complement one another: Frixos brings bathroom-industry and technical experience, while Sofia’s background in fashion informs her approach to proportion and form.
We first knew the business as Bathroom Origins. The name Origins Living reflects how naturally mirrors and accessories can find a place throughout the home, from a bathroom or dressing area to a hallway or living space.
The brand also works with designers and specifiers on larger projects. Its published portfolio includes the Corinthia Hotel in London and Gleneagles in Scotland, alongside residential and other commercial settings.

A little geometry.
A lot of character.
The two angular Origins Living mirrors in the boys’ bathroom at Ash House bring a playful rhythm to the basin wall. Their unusual outlines work beautifully with the terrazzo pattern and the blue picked out elsewhere in the room.
It is a family bathroom for three young boys, with enough personality to feel fun and enough restraint to grow with them. The mirrors are part of that balance: distinctive shapes, carefully placed within a practical room.
Acquabella’s colour-matched tray and panels continue the blue through the bathing and showering areas. Each choice contributes to the same idea.
Beyond the bathroom · The Onyx kitchen
A pair of mirrors.
A different perspective.
Above the fireplace in our Onyx kitchen project, two Origins Living mirrors become part of the architecture of the room. Their horizontal arrangement sits comfortably with the long lines of the kitchen and draws the eye towards the living area.
This is exactly what I enjoy about the collection. A mirror can be useful, decorative and personal wherever it is placed. Here, the pair reflects the materials and light around them while giving the fireplace its own character.

A familiar name
in an earlier room.
Our original Stocks bathroom project records an illuminated Halo mirror from Bathroom Origins above the basin. It is lovely to find that detail in the archive and see how the relationship runs through our work, from earlier bathrooms to the rooms we are creating today.

Our mirror gallery.
Find the shape that feels right.
We display a selection of Origins Living mirrors together in the studio, so you can compare their shapes, proportions and finishes in person. I think of it as our mirror gallery.
Alongside the mirrors, we showcase accessories that help bring a room together. These are the pieces you see and use every day, so we give them the same attention as the larger elements of a design.
Bring a photograph of your space, your dimensions or a material sample. We can look at the collection together and help you find the details that belong in your home.

The Edit · Our Couture selection
A few pieces
to begin with.
Our Couture selection now includes the Kingsley DuoLYT mirrors that caught our eye at the March show, alongside the angular Oslo Irregular Hexagon mirror, the softer outline of Delphine Curve, a Parker hook and an Afrodite tray.
It is lovely when a product stays in your mind after a show. Kingsley was one of those discoveries for us, and I’m excited to explore its front and back lighting in future rooms.
