A property developer has enough site issues to deal with, trying to co-ordinate all of the different trades to bring the project together, so we try to make life as easy as possible for our developer clients.

 

These high-end units required a high quality finish in the kitchens and bathrooms so there was a requirement to make each plot unique but make the design such that elements of the installation were repeatable for the site team.

As the spaces were all living spaces rather than more traditional kitchens, there was a need to make the kitchens all look more like furniture, to make the space feel like a living space. To do this a bank of units was incorporated with a range of details using stud work to build the units in and make them feel more part of the space.

 

We also included islands as the users preparation space, this also doubles up as a social space as well, where we could we included the new Siemens venting Hob, this meant that the island didn’t have anything interrupting it, again stopping it from looking like a kitchen.
